Govrn’s vision was anchored in the realisation that overcoming the limitations of traditional board portals required a focus on data and AI.
Recognising that boardrooms held a wealth of data —data not fully utilised for insights and decision-making— we set out to unlock this latent potential.

Research
To explore how AI could comprehend board logic and its practical applications, we collaborated with a Natural Language Processing (NLP) expert from the University of Louvain in Belgium.
This partnership focused on training an AI system using board data to enhance its understanding and functionality.

Build
Armed with insights from the research phase, Govrn embarked on building the AI engine that would revolutionise boardroom technology.
This phase involved transforming theoretical knowledge into a practical, robust solution capable of delivering real-world results.

Deploy
With the AI engine now fully developed and refined, Govrn’s innovative solution is available to revolutionise boardroom technology.
This phase focuses on practical deployment and collaboration with Brunel Business School, part of Brunel University, to establish best practices for safe and effective adoption of AI in the boardroom.
